54th was kinda big today, gonna get bigger tomorrow and biggest on monday when it will be 4-5 feet

really choppy though and kinda strong northbound current

Costa Rica

hey all, as one of my summer vacations, i'm planning to go to Costa Rica to go surfing.

I've never been there but i've seen videos and know it's great to surf. If anyone's been there, i hope you wouldn't mind suggesting what areas to go

this week on thurs. and Friday we had big swells and i did not go to wedge but i went to 30th and it was really good..4-7/8ish.  there were also dolphins riding waves at wedge.

Surfline

so i was checking the surf report on surfline.. and it said 2-3 at 54th street but i went and it was 2-3 but the sets were like 5 or more feet..whats up with that?? im gonna contact surfline by email and complain. anyone who is with me do the same.. if they made it true, people wouldn't waste time going to the beach or not go to the beach when its good. :(
